Hello Everyone,
I am Nurse Nat and I've been a Registered Nurse for 13 years, 6 of those years as the School Nurse here at PS 3. I am dedicated to promoting the health and well-being of all our staff and students, so they may be at their best while learning and teaching at our school.I provide a wide range of services including but not limited to first aid, medication administration, health screenings and working with families and outside health providers to ensure our students have the care they need. Parents should email both the Attendance officer (Nilda Sanchez, [email protected]) and myself when your child/ren is/are out sick or has a doctor's appointment.

Health Forms:
The school has a Medi Center that provides access to a Telemedicine doctor's visits, exam, prescriptions called into your pharmacy, and a doctor's note, to student's that become ill while at school.
In order to take advantage of this service please PRE-Register your Child/ren.
